Most lakefront homes/lots have a private dock, & everyone has access to the community dock located in the picnic area. A great place for gathering, the picnic area has a large, covered shelter with many picnic tables, a wood burning fireplace, restrooms, convenient parking, BBQ grills, a volleyball sand court, and an awesome playground! No jet skis are allowed on the lake, but you’re free to enjoy boating w/up to 135 hp inboard & 90 hp outboard motor, swimming & water skiing! Also, next door to the subdivision on Lyman Lodge Rd, there are 2 fishing docks, 2 boat launches, & a lodge available to rent for gatherings.
